To facilitate the processing of your Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) application
- only apply for a TUE for a prohibited substance or method.
- check that you are covered by FINCIS’s national discipline-specific level determination.
- fill out the application form carefully and according to the instructions.
- attach the required patient records and results of medical examinations to the application.
- submit the application and its attachments either as a scanned pdf file by safety e-mail or as a paper version by post.
