Quick guide to fair competition The purpose of the Finnish Center for Integrity in Sports FINCIS is to promote responsibility in sports in co-operation with its partners. FINCIS has assigned specific tasks in the areas of anti-doping activities, prevention of manipulation of sports competitions, promoting spectator safety and comfort and investigating and presenting disciplinary requirements related to serious ethical violations through centralised disciplinary action.
